I strive to meet or exceed all health and safety laws. In order to do this I need the assistance of the families that I serve.

What does this mean for you?

• Please have your child fully vaccinated. We are required to keep up to date vaccination records for each child in care.

• Please keep us up to date with current contact information.

• Please inform us if someone else will be picking up your child.

• Please ensure that we are aware of any medications your child may be taking.

• Please ensure that we are aware of any allergies your child has.

• Please ensure that we are aware of any special needs your child has.
